This virtual workshop provides a short introduction to key project management concepts and skills. It will help aspiring project managers to understand what is needed to deliver projects that achieve their objectives and deliver benefits.
This event is for anyone who is new to leading or making a key contribution as a team member in a project.
This workshop is made up of 2 parts:
1: Prior to the workshop taking place you will be sent a recording of a training sessions on loss and bereavement. We would like you to make notes on the questions and bring them to the workshop.
2. The workshop will enable you to discuss in more depth the questions posed in the training video. This will enhance your knowledge and understanding of loss and the impact this can have on young people and support you to help the young people in your care.

This course will provide an essential introduction to the Mosaic system, covering the essential skills you will need to navigate the system and maintain client records.
This session will be held online using Microsoft Teams - a link to the online meeting will be attached to the booking confirmation email.
Who is this course is for?
This course is mandatory for members of the Planning Committee and their Standing Deputies. However, all members are welcome to attend this training to enhance their knowledge about this committee.

In most cases Contact is a vital part in helping children develop their sense of identity and understand their lives. Foster Carers have a crucial role in supporting children’s relationships with their family.
This course aims to give participants an opportunity to look different types of contact and the language that cares use when recording.
It will give carers the tools to support and prepare the children and young people in their care for contact and where the care plan is reunification.Essential Information
