Code: PCC/21/146 PATH Training for PAs and Social Workers

Path is a graphic planning tool that relies on process and graphic facilitation to create a shared vision of a positive future. It is person centred and relies on a person visualising different futures for themselves and being able to plan backwards from that dream.
This interactive process has been used successfully in the Staying Close project to help young people formulate their own goals and inform their Pathway Plans.
To get the most from this course participants should plan to carry out a PATH with a young person before the follow up session. The Staying Close team can assist with this.
