This event, for all new, permanent starters at PCC, forms a foundation for you as you start your employment with PCC. 

The event provides you with key information on:

• PCC as an organisation - what is important to PCC, how the council works, its policies and priorities and how it differs from other organisations


• PCC as an employer - what PCC expect from us and what we can expect from PCC in return

This will be delived as an online interactive session that encourages you to explore your experience of PCC so far and your expectations going forward and there will be plenty of opportunities for discussion and Q&A.

Please note, if you are returning to PCC after a period away, you don't need to attend the event.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

• Clearly identify and recognise what is expected of you as a PCC employee


• Identify any actions you need to take next
